A NEW one-way system through Gourock opened this morning and the Tele was among the first to try it out.
The road runs along Kempock Street and down through Lower Kempock Street car park.
It is part of Inverclyde Council's £5.2 million redevelopment of Gourock town centre.
The one-way system opened at around 9.30am this morning but finishing touches are still being made ahead of the official handover to the local authority, which is expected to take place next week.
Pick up a copy of tomorrow's Tele for more on this.
