OAPs' big day out at the Battery
YOUNG-at-heart pensioners enjoyed a blink of sunshine in Battery Park last week.
Staff at Hillend Daycare Centre made the most of the good weather and took a group down to Battery Park.
Michelle O’Neill, daycare officer said: “Because it was a nice day my colleagues Linda Cox and Anne Sweeney filled the bus and took service users down to the park.
"They enjoyed ice cream and juice. They really enjoyed it.”
