FIREFIGHTERS rushed to a car blaze in a school car park this morning.
A crew was called out to Notre Dame High in Dunlop Street shortly after 8am.
One eyewitness said: “The car was badly damaged.”
Greenock watch manager Graeme Taylor said: “There was a report that a staff member’s car had an electrical fault which caused a small fire which was contained to the engine bay.
“One pump from Greenock attended and extinguished the fire.”
