GREENOCK Players are inviting locals to travel back in time to the classroom of 1997 with their latest fabulous play.
The hilariously funny Education, Education, Education, by The Wardrobe Ensemble, is on stage at the Beacon Arts Centre next weekend.
Tony Blair has won the election and Katrina and the Waves have won Eurovision. No one knows who Harry Potter is. Britain is the coolest place in the world. At the local secondary school it’s a different story. Things can only get better?
The play premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017 where it won a Fringe First Award before touring the UK.
The show runs on September 20 and 21, with the curtain up at 7.30pm on both nights.
Tickets for the show are now on sale at the Beacon Arts Centre - see beaconartscentre.co.uk/events or call the box office on 01475 723723.
