SATURDAY'S trip to the National Stadium for me can be summed up as a case of the good, the bad and the ugly - although I believe only the good was directly attributed to Morton?

The second half domination and subsequent point gained can certainly be marked up as the good, although I personally believe we should have won the match.

The long unbeaten run deservedly continues and some of the football on show, especially in that second period, hopefully puts an end to the “hoofball” description sometimes labelled at the team.

The bad was the discussion amongst us supporters about the fact our Scottish Cup quarter final has been scheduled for a Monday evening when surely we should have been offered either Friday evening or Saturday teatime free slots?

The ugly was a second trip to Hampden when traffic congestion once again hindered many of us getting to the game on time.

Last time a flooded Inverclyde led to a small Morton support attending whilst a long delay on the M8 meant some visiting supporters got to the ground late, although a healthy Morton support of close on 1,000 managed to give the team constant backing.
