MORTON'S game at home to Falkirk tomorrow has been called off - after foreign officials brought in to cover the Scottish referee strike performed a sudden U-turn.
The scheduled Cappielow clash was due to be the only game in the SFL to beat the strike after league bosses yesterday drew lots to decide which match would get the one ref left after SPL and cup games had been covered.
But these plans were forced to be abandoned this morning when some of the officials - believed to be from Poland - told SFA bosses they would not be coming to Scotland at the weekend.
