MORTON have drawn Motherwell at Cappielow in the third round of the Scottish League Cup.
The draw was made in the last few minutes and saw Jim Duffy's men paired with the Fir Park side.
It comes after Ton knocked Queen of the South out of the tournament on Tuesday night thanks to Ross Forbes' second half strike, pictured.
The tie against 'Well - midweek goalscorer Forbes' former club - is scheduled to be played on 22/23 September.
The full draw is as follows: Kilmarnock v Hearts, Livingston v Inverness, Ross County v Falkirk, Rangers v St Johnstone, Celtic v Raith Rovers, Morton v Motherwell, Dundee United v Dunfermline Athletic and Hibernian v Aberdeen.
