(SCOTLAND) ACT 1959 PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LAND AT CORONATION PARK, PORT GLASGOW.
Notice is hereby given in terms of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1959 S.27 (2A) (as amended) that the Inverclyde Council proposes to dispose of lands within and in the vicinity of Coronation Park, Port Glasgow.
A copy of the plan showing the areas of
land the Council proposes to dispose of
may be downloaded from www.inverclyde. gov.uk/coronationpark or requested by telephone on 01475 712 618 or by email to coronation.park@inverclyde.gov.uk.
Any person may object to the proposal either by email to coronation.park@ inverclyde.gov.uk or in writing to the Head of Legal and Property Services, Inverclyde Council, Municipal Buildings, Clyde Square, GREENOCK, PA15 1LX.
Objections should be made by no later than 15 January 2016 and should state the grounds on which they are made.
