TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS DISABLED PERSONS' PARKING PLACES (ON-STREET) ORDER NOS. 3 & 4 2015
On 04/12/15 the Council made the above Orders in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Orders will come into operation on 15/01/2016 and were advertised in the Greenock Telegraph on 27/07/15 and 06/08/15 respectively. | The effect of the orders are as stated and a copy of same is available for inspection during office hours Mon-Fri at:-

3. Central Library, Wallace Pl, Greenock, PA15 1LZ; Port Glasgow Library, Fore St, Port Glasgow PA14 5EX; Gourock Library, Kempock Pl, Gourock PA19 1QU; and Inverkip | & Wemyss Bay Library, Ardgowan Rd, Wemyss Bay PA18 6AT.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the above Orders or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 04/12/15 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
