TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS 2016
ROAD CLOSURES - GILLBURN RD & MARKET PL, KILMACOLM
NO WAITING/LOADING LOCHWINNOCH RD, KILMACOLM
The Council has made the above Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will restrict the use by all vehicles, except vehicles engaged in Scottish Water maintenance works, from 7amon 05/01/2016 to 6pm on 24/01/2016 on Gillburn Rd from Market Pl to 8 Gillburn Rd and on Market Pl from Gillburn Rd to Port Glasgow Rd junction and to suspend parking on the north side of Lochwinnoch Rd from Elphinstone Ct to Port Glasgow Rd. Only one of these restrictions will be in effect at any time during this period. Access for emergency vehicles & pedestrians will be maintained.
Gillburn Rd closure alternative route: -Market Pl, Port Glasgow Rd, Bridge of Weir Rd, Moss Rd, Gillburn Rd & vice versa.
Market Pl closure alternative route: - Port Glasgow Rd, Bridge of Weir Rd, Moss Rd, Gillburn Rd & vice versa.
ROAD CLOSURE - SOUTHBOUND OFF RAMP @ BRUEACRE INTERCHANGE,
INVERKIP
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will restrict the use by all vehicles, except vehicles engaged in carriageway resurfacing works, from 8am on 08/01/2016 to 5pm on 10/01/2016 from A78 to Finnockbog Rd, Inverkip. Access for emergency vehicles & pedestrians will be maintained.
Alternative route: A78, Ardgowan Rd, Lomond Rd, Kishorn Rd, A78, Northbound Off Ramp & Finnockbog Rd.
REVOKING ONE WAY ORDER - OLD INVERKIP RD, GREENOCK
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily remove the existing One Way restriction from 6pm on 16/01/2016 to 6am on 18/01/2016 on Old Inverkip Road from A78 Inverkip Rd west to Mary St, to enable access for residents to section of Old Inverkip Rd due to the closure of the A78 Inverkip Rd for resurfacing works. Access to Old Inverkip Rd westbound via Inverkip Rd, Neil St, Munro St, Curlew Cres, Grieve Rd, Florence St & Mary St.
Access to Old Inverkip Rd eastbound via Gateside Ave, Florence St & Mary St. The above restrictions will only be effective when displayed by signs and cones in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002, as amended.
