TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS THE INVERCLYDE COUNCIL, CARDWELL ROAD, GOUROCK (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) (VARIATION NO. 1) ORDER 2015;
AND THE INVERCLYDE COUNCIL,
MANOR CRESCENT, GOUROCK
(WAITING RESTRICTIONS)
(VARIATION NO. 1) ORDER 2015
On 03/03/2016 The Council made the above Orders in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Orders, which will both come into operation on 18/04/2016, were advertised in the Greenock Telegraph on 23/10/2015 and the effect of each Order is as described in that Notice. A copy of each Order can be viewed at www.inverclyde.gov.uk/tro and is available for inspection during office hours Mon-Fri at:-

3. Central Library, Wallace Place, Greenock, PA15 1JB; and Gourock Library, Kempock Place, Gourock, PA19 1QU.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the above Orders or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may within 6 weeks from 03/03/2016 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
