DISABLED PERSONS' PARKING PLACES (SCOTLAND) ACT 2009
The above Act came into force on 1 October 2009. As required by Section 11 of the Act, Inverclyde Council has prepared a Report on the performance of its functions in relation to parking places for disabled persons' vehicles for the period 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016. A copy of the Report can be viewed at www.inverclyde.gov.uk/tro and is available for inspection until 05/08/2016 during normal office hours Monday-Friday inclusive at the offices of:-
