TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
THE INVERCLYDE COUNCIL
(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES)
(VARIATION NO. 5) ORDER 2015
On 08/12/2015 The Council made the above Order, as modified, in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order, which will come into operation on 25/01/2016, was advertised in the Greenock Telegraph on 26/08/2015 and the effect of the Order is as described in that Notice, subject to the following modification:-Name/Number of Parking Place - Station Road South (No.31), Gourock. Modification - to reduce the extent of the Parking Place by 19 parking spaces. A copy of the Order together with relevant plan can be viewed at www.inverclyde.gov.uk/tro and is available for inspection during office hours Mon-Fri at:-

Any person wishing to question the validity of the above Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 08/12/2015 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
