TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2016
ROAD CLOSURE & NO WAITING/LOADING RESTRICTIONS LOWER KEMPOCK ST&TEMPORARY REMOVAL OF ONE WAY
RESTRICTION ON KEMPOCK ST, GOUROCK The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended which will restrict the use by all vehicles, except vehicles engaged in manhole and drainage remedial works on Lower Kempock Stfrom the west junction with Kempock St east to the car park east access, temporally remove the existing One Way restrictionon the full length of Kempock St and to suspend parking on Lower Kempock St from the car park east access east to the station access road from 8am- 6pm on 31/01/2016.Access to the car park from the east entrance will be maintained. The restriction will only be effective when displayed by signs and cones in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002, as amended.
