(ONE WAY ONLY) ORDER 2015
PROPOSED TRAFFIC
REGULATION ORDER
On 18/02/2016 the Council made the above Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order comes into operation on 04/04/2016 and was advertised in the Greenock Telegraph on 27/10/2015, the effect of which is as stated. The Order may be inspected during normal office hours Mon - Fri at:

3. Central Library, Wallace Pl, Greenock, PA15 1LZ;

Any person wishing to question the validity of the above Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from 19/02/2016, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
