TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS THE INVERCLYDE COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (PORT GLASGOW, KILMACOLM & QUARRIERS VILLAGE) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS)
(VARIATION NO. 1) ORDER 2015
On 25/02/2016 The Council made the above Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order, which will come into operation on 11/04/2016, was advertised in the Greenock Telegraph on 18/11/2015 and the effect of the Order is as described in that Notice. A copy of the Order together with relevant plan can be viewed at www.inverclyde.gov.uk/tro and is available for inspection during office hours Mon-Fri at:-

Any person wishing to question the validity of the above Orders or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may within 6 weeks from 25/02/2016 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
