TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
THE INVERCLYDE COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (OUTER GREENOCK) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (VARIATION NO. 5) ORDER 2015
On 10/03/2016 The Council made the above Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into operation on 23/04/2016.
THE INVERCLYDE COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (INNER GREENOCK)
(CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE) (VARIATION NO. 4) ORDER 2015
On 10/03/2016 The Council made the above Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into operation on 24/04/2016.

On 10/03/2016 The Council made the above Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into operation on 25/04/2016.
Each Order was advertised in the Greenock Telegraph on 21/08/2015 and the effect of each Order is as described in that Notice. A copy of each of the Orders, together with relevant plans, can be viewed at www.inverclyde.gov.uk/tro and is available for inspection during office hours Mon-Fri at:-

Any person wishing to question the validity of the above Orders or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may within 6 weeks from 10/03/2016 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
