TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
DISABLED PERSONS' PARKING
PLACES (ON-STREET)
ORDER NO. 1 2016
On 07/04/2016 the Council made the above Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into operation on 20/05/2016 and was advertised in the Greenock Telegraph on 07/01/16. The effect of the order is as stated and a copy of same is available for inspection during office hours Mon-Fri at:-

2. Head of Environmental & Commercial Services (Roads), 71 East Hamilton St, Greenock, PA15 2UA Tele: (01475) 714800;

3. Central Library, Wallace Pl, Greenock, PA15 1LZ; Port Glasgow Library, Fore St, Port Glasgow PA14 5EX; & Gourock Library, Kempock Pl, Gourock PA19 1QU.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the above Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 07/04/2016 apply to the Court of Session for this
purpose.
