Order under Section 65: Power to Revoke or Modify Planning Permission
Planning Permission for Change of Use from residential flat (Class 9) to childeren's nursery (Class 10) at Eldon Street, Greenock) (Reference 13/0242/IC)
The Inverclyde Council have made an Order under Section 65 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended) to revoke the above Planning Permission. The Council have been notified in writing by the owners that they do not object to that Order.
If you will be affected by this Order and wish an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by a person appointed by the Scottish Ministers, you should give notice to that effect to the Planning Decisions Manager, Planning Reform, ePlanning and South, The Scottish Government, Directorate for the Built Environment, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ (e-mail contact gsi.gov.uk) not later than 10th June 2016.
