CIVIC GOVERNMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT1982
APPLICATION FOR STREET TRADER'S LICENCE
(1) Gordon and Pauline McLetchie have made application in terms of the above Act to trade in hot and cold food and beverages from a moveable stall situated at Pottery Street, Greenock (opposite the council buildings recycling plant) between the hours of 8am and 3.30pm on Mondays to Sundays. APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF LATE HOURS CATERING LICENCE

(2) Hamid Ghareh has made application in terms of the above Act for premises known as Three In One, 17 Kempock St, Gourock for the sale to or consumption by the public of food and to allow the operation of carry-out services from 11pm to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays, 11pm to 12.30am on Thursdays, 11pm to 12 Midnight Sundays to Wednesdays and 11pm to 1am on 24, 26 December and 2 January in each year. Objectors must state their reasons in writing, including their name, address and signature within 28 days of today's date to Head of Legal and Property Services, Inverclyde Council, Municipal Buildings, Greenock PA15 1LY.
