TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2016 NO WAITING/LOADING RESTRICTIONS LOWER KEMPOCK STREET,
GOUROCK The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended which will restrict parking on the south side of Lower Kempock St from 9.30am - 3.30pm on 06/06/16, except for vehicles engaged in manhole repair works. These restrictions will only be effective when displayed by signs and cones in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002, as amended.
