TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2016 ROAD CLOSURE - BANK STREET and CATHCART STREET, GREENOCK
In the interests of public safety and to permit carriageway repair/reconstruction works by Scottish Water, the Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. This Order will restrict the use of Bank St from Regent St to Cathcart Sq and Cathcart St from Duff St to Cathcart Sq, by all vehicles, except vehicles engaged in the works. This restriction will operate from 08/06/2016 until 18:00hrs on 15/06/2016 and will only be effective when so displayed by signs and cones in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002, as amended. Access to Cathcart St car park, pedestrian access and access for emergency services will be maintained at all times. Alternative route:- Regent St, Dellingburn St, Rue End St.
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2016 WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS - CARDWELL ROAD and CALEDONIA
CRESCENT, GOUROCK
In the interests of public safety and to permit works by British Telecom, the Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. This Order will introduce a "No waiting and No loading at any time" restriction on the north side of Cardwell Rd from opposite No. 8 Cardwell Rd east to Caledonia Gardens and on both sides of Caledonia Cresc from Cardwell Rd south for a distance of 25 metres from 09.30hrs on 20/06/2016 until 15.30hrs on 22/06/2016. The restriction will only be effective when displayed by signs and cones in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002, as amended. Pedestrian access and access for emergency services will be maintained at all times.
