PROPOSED TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
The Council proposes to make the following Traffic Regulation Orders to vary existing restrictions which will have the effect as stated:-
The Inverclyde Council (Various Roads) (Gourock, Inverkip & Wemyss Bay) (Waiting Restrictions) (Variation No. 3) Order 2016
Name of road in Gourock affected in whole or in part:- Lower Kempock Street. The relevant effect:- to vary the existing on-street limited waiting restriction to "Limited Waiting Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm, maximum stay 3 hours, no return within 1 hour" on Lower Kempock Street, Gourock.
The Inverclyde Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Variation No. 7) Order 2016
Name of Parking Place in Gourock affected in whole or in part:- Kempock Street West and Kempock Street East off-street car parks.
The relevant effect:- to vary Kempock Street West and Kempock Street East off-street car parks. Kempock Street West car park will become a short stay car park with a reduced number of short stay parking spaces (from 83 to 45), maximum stay 3 hours (3 hours for Disabled Persons' badge holders) and requires the users of Kempock Street West car park to display a Parking Disc; and Kempock Street East car park to become a long stay unlimited waiting car park with an increased number of long stay parking spaces (from 85 to 123).

Objections must be submitted in writing and must contain a statement of the grounds for objection to the Head of Legal and Property Services, Municipal Buildings, Greenock PA15 1LX by 6 July 2016.
