HOUSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 2006 APPLICATIONS FOR LICENCE - HOUSE IN MULTIPLE OCCUPATION
The Council has received 13 applications from Waterfront Owners Ltd, Waterfront Campus, Custom House Way, Greenock with the maximum number of persons in each floor being 7 for the following:
1^st & 2^nd Floors, Block F Ground Floor, 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd Floors, Block G Ground Floor, 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd Floors, Block H, Ground Floor, 1^st & 2^nd Floors, Block I,
Objectors must state their reasons in writing, including their name, address and signature, to be sent by 19/07/2016 to Head of Legal & Property Services, Municipal Buildings, Clyde Square, Greenock PA15 1LY. A copy will be forwarded to the applicant.
