ANNUAL ACCOUNTS FOR THE
INVERCLYDE INTEGRATION JOINT BOARD
YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2016
Notice is hereby given under Regulation 9 (1) of the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014 that:
a) Copies of the unaudited accounts of Inverclyde Integration Joint Board (IJB) for the year ended 31 March 2016 will be available for public inspection in the Municipal Buildings, Greenock PA15 1LY between the hours of 9.00am and 4.15pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 9.00am and 3.30pm on Fridays from Friday 1st July to Thursday 21st July, 2016 (both days inclusive). All enquiries should be made at the Customer Service Centre Reception Area, Ground Floor, Clyde Square, Greenock.

b) Any person interested may inspect a copy of the abstracts of the accounts to be audited, all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts related thereto, and may take copies of any or all parts of the accounts; no charge will be made for inspection or copying;

c) Any person interested may object to the accounts or to any part of those accounts, no later than 4.00 pm Friday 22nd July by:

1. sending their objection in writing, together with a statement of the grounds thereof, to the auditor, Michael Thomas, Grant Thornton UK LLP, Level 8, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3BX and;

2. sending a copy of that objection and statement to the Chief Officer and to any officer of the IJB who may be concerned, both at Inverclyde IJB, Municipal Buildings, Greenock PA15 1LY;

d) The auditor shall, if requested by the person objecting, the IJB, or by any officer of the IJB who may be concerned, afford to that person or the IJB or officer of the IJB, as the case may be, an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by the auditor with respect to that objection; and any such person or officer may so appear and be heard either personally or by a representative.
