ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT1984 THE INVERCLYDE COUNCIL, MANSION AVENUE, PORT GLASGOW (REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE) ORDER 2016
Notice is hereby givent hat, on 30/09/2016,The Inverclyde Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, made and confirmed the above mentioned Order. A copy of the Order as made and confirmed and the accompanying plan can be viewed at www.inverclyde.gov.uk/troand are available for inspection free of charge until 11/11/2016 during normal office hours Mon-Fri at:-

The effect of the Order is as stated in Notice published in the Edinburgh Gazette and Greenock Telegraph on 28/06/2016.The Ordercomes into operation on1 4/11/2016.

Any person wishing toquestion the validity of the above Traffic Regulation Orders or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic RegulationAct 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Actor of any instrument made under it has not been complied within relationt to any of the Orders may within 6weeks from 30/09/2016 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
