20 MILES PER HOUR MAXIMUM
SPEED LIMITORDER 2016
On 30/09/2016 the Council made the above Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. TheOrder comes into operation on 14/11/2016 and was advertised in the Greenock Telegraph on 30/06/2016, the effect of which is as stated. The Order maybe inspected during normal office hours Monday-Friday at:

Any person wishing toquestion the validity of the above Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or of any instrument made under it,has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from 30/09/2016, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
