TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2016
SUSPENSION AND RESTRICTION OF USE OF PARKING PLACES WALLACE PLACE, GREENOCK
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, in the interests of public safety and to allow safe access for repair works to be carried out at The Municipal Buildings,Greenock. The effect of this Order is (i) to suspend the use of  Disabled Persons' Parking Places located adjacent to the Municipal Buildings,Wallace Place, Greenock; and (ii) to restrict the use of 3 Parking Places, located on the northwest side of Wallace Place, by all vehicles, except vehicles displaying a valid Disabled Persons' Badge. These restrictions will apply from 08:30 hrson 27/10/2016 until 18:00hrs on 26/10/2017 and will only be effective when displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
