O'BRIEN Peacefully at the Larkfield Unit on Thursday 19th November 2020, Effie, beloved wife of the late Billy, much loved mum of Billy and Sarah and mother in law of Maria and Craig, special granny of Rachel, Blair, Liam and Fraser and loving sister of May Carroll. Due to Government guidelines a Private Family Service and Committal will be held.
