DOWDS Peacefully, at Inverclyde Royal Hospital, on Wednesday 9th December 2020, Robert (Big Rab), loving husband of the late Buntie, adored dad of Margaret and Eleanor, devoted papa and good friend to all who knew him. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday 17th December 2020 at 10am. Service will be private due to Government Restrictions.

I'm very sorry to hear about Rab. I met him as a young lad when I was starting out on my pipe band career with the IBM band. He showed me how to wear the uniform. A lovely man who was easy to like. Please accept my condolences. Donald McFadyen
