McDOWELL Peacefully at Inverclyde Royal Hospital on 3rd January 2021, aged 95, Euphemia (Effie) nee Foote, beloved wife of the late Eddie and loving mother to Edward, dear mother in law to Karen and much loved granny to Rachel. Funeral private due to Government restrictions.
