MacLEOD - Mary Rose Scott (nee Stewart) Passed suddenly, but peacefully at home on 20th January 2021, beloved wife of the late Detective Sergeant Roderick James (Roddy), treasured sister of Margaret and sister in law of Hamish, devoted mother of Alex, Eric, Mairi and Tracy, loved mother in law of Christine, Liz, Andy and Duncan. The most precious of nannies to Andrew, Stephanie, Katrina, Stewart, Ruari, Cameron, Gregor and Logan, great nannie to Ciaran, Riley, Conall, Cillian, and Cora and nannie in law to Claire. Loved by us all and greatly missed. Away to be in the arms of her husband who she missed terribly and to give the greatest cuddles from all of us to Ruari, who she struggled to be without. Death is not the end. Death can never be the end. Death is the road. Life is the traveller. The soul is the guide (Sri Chinmoy). To say your goodbyes Mum will begin her final journey on Tuesday 2nd February, leaving from Armadale Court, Greenock at 2pm, travelling onto Mearns Street, Roxburgh Street, Regent Street, A78 Inverkip Road..... and then onto Clyde Coast Crematorium where a Private Service will be held. If you would like to share any memories of mum with us, please see the book of condolences in the Greenock Telegraph or contact tracylundie3@gmail.com
