THOMPSON - Neil Died in Inverclyde Royal Hospital on 2nd October 2021. Father of Sharon and Mark, grandfather of Jamie, Morgan, Kyle and Jack, brother of Cathie, Betty, Tricia and Gerrard. Funeral Service will be held at Greenock Crematorium on Monday 18th October 2021 at 12 noon.

My condolences to all the family. I am an old friend who used to live in Finch Road. I have happy memories of times as a teenage friend play football with Neil, Tony Murray and Frank McGrath. Many an evening was spent playing subuutteo in the house in Grieve Road,. The first time I went to Cappielow Park was with Neil when his dad was the electrician there. Supported Morton ever since for my sins. Although I no longer live in Scotland I have always remembered my friends with great affection, Neil in particular. RIP buddy.
