CREELMAN - John (Jack) Sadly passed peacefully on Saturday 27th November 2021. Jack, beloved husband to recently passed Isabel and much loved dad to Alan and Mark. Devoted grandpa Jack to Shania, Mia and Andreas. A Funeral Service will take place at St Patrick's Church, Hayling Island on 9th December 2021 at 11.30am. Flowers to Grady's Family Funeral Directors, Hayling Island, PO11 9BG.
