McWILLIAMS Peacefully at home on Tuesday 25th January 2022, Evelyn (nee McColl), Founder Member of Rankin Park Lady Harriers, beloved wife of the late Henry (Harry), loving mum of Carolyn, Valerie, Graham, Sharon and Evelyn, much loved mother in law, nannie and great nannie. Funeral to be held at Greenock Crematorium on Friday 4th February at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only.

Sending sincere condolences to all the family at this time. My teenage years were spent growing up with Evelyn, Harry and all their family through their association with the wonderful Rankin Park Lady Harriers. Evelyn was our Club Secretary, and Harry pounded the pavements with the younger members. Both contributed to the outstanding success of the club; not just in terms of the competition success we enjoyed but also the friendships we made. Through their dedication, hard work, and encouragement, they supported everyone of every ability who came to the club. Fond memories.

I'm sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing. My dad was a cousin, Billy McCartney, uncle Hughie was a favourite of his!! My gran Sissie was his sister. Unfortunatly I'm not able to attend the funeral but will be thinking of you all at this sad time.
