SNODDY Peacefully at home with his family on Saturday 26th March 2022, Archibald Campbell Snoddy, devoted husband of the late Wilma, much loved dad of Gordon and Claire, Jennifer and Stephen and a devoted grandpa to Oliver, Kate, Ewan and Olivia, loving partner of Alison and a much adored and cherished member of the Davison family, a dearly loved brother of Jim and a great friend to so many. Funeral Private. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at The Westburn Church, Greenock on Tuesday 5th April at 2.30pm to which all friends are invited. Family flowers only. The family would welcome any donations to be shared between the Unicef fund to protect children in Ukraine and Ardgowan Hospice. Please donate on line or by collection after the service.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Campbell. My son lives beside you in Haddington & while speaking with Campbell he discovered that we were roughly the same age and both came from Greenock. Campbell realising we were staying back in September came round to chat to us. So, you don’t know me but I wanted to say Campbell left a very friendly, kind impression on me & I was hoping to chat to him more about old Greenock.
