THOMPSON It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jim (Smiler), on Friday, 16th December 2022. Beloved dad of Danielle, brother of Margaret, Eddie and Billy, uncle of Tracey, Donna, William and Marc and friend to many. Funeral Service will be on Monday 16th January at PB Wright's Funeral Parlour at 10am. Committal thereafter at Gourock Cemetery at 11am. Family flowers only please.

I was really sorry to hear that Jim had passed away, I have known him since childhood and although I didn't see much of him lately, I remember him as a kind, funny and very decent man. Jim will definitely be missed by many.
