BARLAS Suddenly but very peacefully at The Golden Jubilee Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on 25th December 2022, Alistair John Barlas (Big Al). Reunited with his two beautiful angels, Claire and Lesley, and safe in the arms of Jesus. Beloved husband to his devoted wife, Christine (nee Proctor), amazing Dad to Alistair, Christopher and Lynsey and the late Claire and Lesley, special Granda to Aidan, Corben, Owen, Devyn, Lochlan and "the boss" Georgia, loving Brother to Derek, Brother in law to Debbie and Uncle to Jemma, Kirsty and the late Glen, all in Canada. Dearest friend to all his extended family, friends and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Funeral Service to be held at Greenock Crematorium on Thursday 19th January, 2023 at 2pm, to which all friends are invited. Family flowers only please. There will be retiral collection in aid of Ardgowan Hospice, a charity close to Alistair's heart.
