McGLONE Suddenly, after a long illness, surrounded by family at Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday 12th January 2023, Paul, beloved husband of Geraldine and a much loved father of Jack and Benedict, adored nephew of Gertrude and loving uncle and friend to many. Fortified by the Rites of the Holy Catholic Church. RIP. Paul will be received in to St Mary's Church in Greenock on Sunday 29th January at 6pm. Requiem Mass will follow on Monday 30th January at 10am, thereafter to Knocknairshill Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers to Benedictine Monastery, Largs. In paradisum deducant te angeli in tuo adventu suscipiant te martyres, et per ducat te in civitatem sanctam Jerusalem. Chorus angelorum te suscipiat, et cum Lazaro quondam paupere, aeternam habeas requiem.Tributes

I worked with Paul for around 6 months a little while ago. Despite this short time he made a real impact on me with his straightforward attitude, warmth and sense of humour.
