HEAVENOR Peacefully at Glenfield Care Home, Greenock on Friday 3rd March 2023, Elizabeth Heavenor (nee Haughey), devoted wife of the late George Heavenor. Survived by three of her four children, Heather, Glen and Roy (Shirley d. 2010), eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She leaves a treasured legacy in her wartime memoir Run Rabbit Run in which her character shines through. The funeral took place on Monday 20th March at Inverkip Cemetery.
