BLAIR Peacefully after a short illness, at Inverclyde Royal Hospital on Tuesday 16th May 2023, Brenda Mary, a beloved wife of Harry, daughter of the late James and Mary Cairney, mother to Jan McIlwee, Stephen Blair and the late Patricia Blair, mother in law to Joseph McIlwee, grandmother to Joseph and Jessica McIlwee and the late Lauren Blair, cousin, auntie and friend to many. R.I.P. Brenda will be received (from her own home) into St Mary's R.C. Church prior to Funeral Mass on Wednesday 31st May at 10am to which all friends are invited, thereafter to Knocknairshill Cemetery at 11.10am.

I was so sorry to hear about Brenda’s passing. I have no doubt that she will be sorely missed by many who knew her. Brenda had a very special character and I always enjoyed chatting with her. A special lady. Sharon Kerr ( previously Lyon)
