MUIR Joan Peacefully, after a short illness at Inverclyde Royal Hospital on Thursday 1st June 2023, dearly loved mum of Jonathan and Nicholas, a treasured gran of Daniel, Ross, Amy and Ellie, a dear mother in law of Jennifer and Lorraine and friend to many. Sadly missed. Funeral at Greenock Crematorium on Tuesday 27th June at 12 noon. Family flowers only please.Tributes

My husband, John, was an old school friend from Greenock Academy days. I met Joan during the last 10 years when we made our annual trip to the Tontine for Sunday lunch, meeting up with other old Greenock friends. Joan was great company, we both enjoyed her stories of their youthful escapades. Her beautiful smile lit up the room. It was a pleasure knowing her
