ALEXANDER (ALEX) KERRIGAN

KERRIGAN Peacefully at home on Wednesday 28th June 2023, Alexander (Alex), beloved husband of the late Jean, much loved dad of Caroline and Scott, dear father in law of Billy and Natalie and adored grandpa of Amie, Laura, Ella and Archie. Funeral Service will be held at Greenock Crematorium on Thursday 3rd August at 11am, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please.

So sorry to hear of Alex's passing. I'm sure that he and cousin Jean are together once again The best of them will live on in their family. I’ve known Alex most of my life as I was Jeans youngest cousin and only about 8 yrs old when they moved from Dempster Street in Greenock to Grourock. Jean would come pick me up every Sunday and sometimes we would go to church along with my Aunt Jean (Scott) or pick up Alex’s mum and then we would all go to Jean and Alex’s house to have dinner. At times I would babysit Caroline, she was a beautiful little baby at the time. Alex was always busy doing stuff but always took time to pop in and say hello. Both him and Jean were lovely people and it saddens me they’re gone. But it’s comforting to know they are together once again. My condolences to Caroline and Scott. God Bless. Moira McLaren Myers.
