McFADDEN It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Nell McFadden MBE at Belleaire House on 24th August 2023. Loving wife of the late Colin McFadden and Albert Lyons, beloved mum of Robert, Colin and the late John and Janice and daughter in laws Margaret and Debbie, cherished grandmother, great grandmother and aunt to all her family. Nell's Funeral Service will take place at Greenock Crematorium on Wednesday 20th September at 2pm to which all friends are invited. Family flowers only please but donations may be made to Ardgowan Hospice in lieu. A special thanks to all staff at Belleaire House who were involved in Nell's care and also for the support and compassion shown to the family.

Thinking of Nell’s family. She always said she was just an “ordinary wee wummin” but she was anything but! She loved her family and had a heart of gold. We laughed and cried together, Nell was one in a million and will always be missed. I’m so sorry to have just learned of her passing.
