McNEIL - William (Billy) Peacefully at Kincaid House on Wednesday 6th September 2023, William (Billy), beloved husband of the late Jean, adored father of daughters Mary, Kay, Rose and son Drew, passed away surrounded by his family, also very much loved father in law to Duncan, Chris, Gordon and Jacqueline, granda, great granda and great great granda to his family and friend to many. William will be received into Greenock Crematorium for Committal on Wednesday 27th September at 10am. Family flowers only please.
