HAWTHORN John O. Hawthorn of Wemyss Bay, son of Dan and Marge Hawthorn, our beloved uncle, peacefully passed away on Tuesday 21st November 2023. He was a great supporter of the Church of Scotland and the Scout Movement and traveller of the world. He will be sadly missed by friends and family all over the world. A Service will be held in Old Gourock and Ashton Church, on Thursday 14th December at 1.00pm, to which all friends are invited. Thereafter to Greenock Crematorium at 2.00pm. There will be a retiral collection in aid of The Scout Movement and Old Gourock and Ashton Church.
