MACKENZIE Peacefully at the Larkfield unit on Saturday 20th January 2024, Netta Laidlaw (nee McNeil), wife of the late Roddy, much loved mum of Roma and Norma, mother in law of Alastair and a loving grandmother and great grandmother. Late of Mackenzie Grocers, Albert Road, Gourock. Following a Private Committal, a Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Old Gourock and Ashton Church on Wednesday 7th February at 11.45am to which all friends are invited. Family flowers only please. There will be a retiral collection in aid of R.N.L.I.Tributes

Dear Roma and Norma,
It’s Adrienne Mitchell here, Mattie Finnie’s neice.
Sad news about your Mum but a full life well lived.
She was such a good friend to Auntie Mattie and it was a hot line across Cardwell Road to Margaret St when Wimbledon was on.
The matches were dissected and players performances criticised, they both knew best!
