HEGARTY Betty (Elizabeth) nee Dow Died peacefully at home, after a short illness, surrounded by her family, on 5th July 2024. Betty was the beloved wife of the late Pat, dearly loved mum to June, Andrew and Paul, mother-in-law to Eileen, devoted Gran to Sean, Eden, Quinn and Ruby, and loyal friend to many. Fortified by Rites of the Holy Catholic Church. RIP. Betty will be received into St Ninian's R.C. Church at 6pm on Wednesday, 17th July. Betty's Requiem Mass will be celebrated there at 10am on Thursday, 18th July. Thereafter, the Final Committal takes place in Gourock Cemetery at 11am. All family and friends are respectfully invited. We kindly request family flowers only please, and any donations, if desired, be given to Ardgowan Hospice.
