GOUROCK Municipal Buildings bosses have jumped at the chance of welcoming their latest business tenant — consultancy firm Leapmoor LLP.
Regeneration body Riverside Inverclyde — which runs the facility — said it was delighted that the new-start firm is moving in to the revamped building, pictured.
Leapmoor offers services in project management, civil engineering and environmental assessment.
Their managing partner Gary McCann said: “Our new suite at Gourock Municipal Buildings offers us a great start to deliver what we are aiming to achieve.
“Not only do we have the space required to allow us the growth we anticipate, we also have the support of Riverside Inverclyde to help our business.
“It’s really offered us a complete solution for our needs.”
Riverside Inverclyde chief executive Fiona Maguire says she is ‘delighted’ to welcome Leapmoor LLP to the buildings.
She said: “The refurbishment was designed to encourage more start-up businesses within the town and this news is a great example of this paying off.”
Leapmoor LLP join anchor tenant Weir & McClafferty Dental Care in the Grade C listed building, which also houses the Gourock Heritage Centre.
Riverside Inverclyde is now turning its attention to filling the remaining three suites, ranging from 161 sq ft to 279 sq ft in size.
