PEOPLE who are interested in exploring mindfulness can sign up to an eight-week online learning programme.
Port Glasgow woman Sharon McCafferty is running an eight-week mindfulness-based living course from January 21 via Zoom.
Sharon will speak about techniques to help with being 'fully present and in the moment, kindness and compassion, and mindfulness in day-to-day life'.
The two-hour weekly sessions will run from 6-8pm and as the learning will take place on online, the course fee will be discounted.
